Cancellation Policy
At Figurobot, we may offer different purchase programs during different product launch stages, including Kickstarter Early Access reservations and future pre-order opportunities. The cancellation terms for each program are described below.
1. Kickstarter Early Access Deposit
During the Kickstarter preparation phase, customers may reserve exclusive early access by placing a deposit.
The deposit is used to secure your eligibility for Figurobot’s Kickstarter exclusive early supporter pricing and priority access.
Please note that the Early Access Deposit is not a purchase of the product and does not represent the full purchase price. No physical product will be shipped as a result of this reservation. To receive a product, you will need to separately participate in the Figurobot Kickstarter campaign and select an eligible reward when the campaign launches.
By placing an Early Access Deposit, you will receive:
- Priority access to the Kickstarter campaign
- Eligibility for exclusive Kickstarter early supporter pricing
- Product launch updates and related announcements
Cancellation & Refund Requests
If you decide not to participate after placing your Early Access Deposit, you may contact our support team to request a cancellation and refund.

Please include your order number and the email address used for your reservation.
Once your refund request has been approved:
You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for your Early Access Deposit.
The refund will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Automatic Refunds
If the Figurobot Kickstarter campaign is canceled, does not launch, or Figurobot is unable to provide the Early Access benefits associated with your reservation, your Early Access Deposit will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method. No refund request will be required.
2. Future Website Pre-orders
After the official launch, Figurobot may offer pre-order options directly through our website.
Any future website pre-order program, including:
- Deposit amount
- Remaining balance payment schedule
- Estimated shipping timeline
- Cancellation and refund terms
will be communicated separately on the relevant product page and will apply only to that specific pre-order program.
3. Order Changes
If you need to update your contact information or shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with changes before fulfillment or production begins.
